The conference is being held at Tan-Tar-A Resort and Spa in Osage Beach, Missouri. The rate is $72.00 plus applicable taxes for 1-4 people. Please make your reservation directly with Tan-Tar-A. As always we have constructed the conference to allow numerous networking opportunities.
Welcome Reception
On Monday evening, February 16, 2009 at 5:30 pm the Missouri GIS Conference will host a welcome reception in the exhibit hall to kick-off the conference. This gives both attendees and exhibitors a chance to network. We will be having a wine tasting again this year, but the vendors will be choosing the wine. Be sure to visit all the vendors!
Vendor Reception
Once again we will offer meals and activities in the exhibit area. One such event is the Vendor Reception on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 from 5:00 pm. to 8:00 pm. This evening event will mirror our theme Building Statewide MO-mentum. In keeping with the construction/building theme, each vendor will be hosting a game or activity in their booth, along with giveaways. The Missouri GIS Conference will be serving an hors d’ouevres buffet (enough for a dinner) and beverages during the reception. Each participant will have a chance to win raffle tickets for vendor prizes throughout the evening. Come and celebrate!
