The conference is being held at Tan-Tar-A Resort and Spa in Osage Beach, Missouri. The rate is $72.00 plus applicable taxes for 1-4 people. Please make your reservation directly with Tan-Tar-A. Registration for the conference will be available November 2008. You can register for the conference online. To register on-line you will need to pay by credit card, or you will need to mail your check or purchase order within five days of your registration. You may also register for the conference by printing and completing the registration form PDF.
The full conference fee is $175.00 (conference workshops are not included). This fee includes Continental Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, all breaks, Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, Welcome Reception, Vendor Reception and Dinner, as well as all education sessions and general sessions (excluding workshops).
The full day workshop fee is $130.00 and the half day workshop fee is $70.00. The early registration deadline for these workshops is January 16, 2009. If you register after this deadline the workshop fees increase to $160.00, and $85.00, respectively. Both types of workshops include refreshment breaks only.
Refunds on the conference and workshop registration fees will be granted if postmarked by January 16, 2009, but must be submitted in writing and faxed to 573-445-1831. A $25.00 processing fee will not be refunded.
