Conduct election, collect and count ballots with at least one additional member of the nominations subcommittee. In case of a tie, MGISAC Chair must establish there is a quorum present, reduce candidate pool to those who were tied and conduct a runoff election. Announce winners but not counts. Communicate election results (number of votes per candidate) to Secretary
