To add yourself or someone else to this directory, please follow these steps:

  1. Add an entry to the directory.
    1. Click the Edit button on the page People.HomePage (clicking this link will open a new window with an edit session of the page People.HomePage so that you may refer back to this one).
    2. Provide your name in the Author field above the page edit area.
    3. You will see a series of entries of the form
      *[[People.LastFirst | First Last]]
      in alphabetical order. Please create an entry for the person you are adding in the appropriate place.
    4. Click the Save button. After saving People.HomePage, it will display normally.
  2. Create the entry page.
    1. Click on the name you just added. You will see an edit session with the following template:
      (:title Full Name:)
      (:linebreaks:)
      Full Name
      Title
      Department, Organization, Agency, etc.
      Street
      City, State, ZIP Code
      Voice: #
      Fax: # (optional)
      E-mail: [[mailto:add@ress | add@ress]]

    2. Fill out the template (which you are welcome to deviate from), then click the Save button.
      Please change only the items in bold, leaving the formatting tags unaltered.

To change an entry in the directory, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the name you wish to change.
  2. Click the Edit button. You will see an edit session with the existing entry.
  3. Change the information as necessary.
  4. Click the Save button. After saving the enrty, it will display normally.
